Brownc and his friends live happily in a world made of food, hanging out and playing every day. Their dream is to one day be called upon to go down the amazing slide, which promises the most fun and the journey to Brownc Paradise. However, as they play, they notice their world is changing—less vegetables and fruits, and more greasy and fried food—though they don’t understand why. When it’s finally their turn to go down the slide, they get stuck! By the end of the book, it is revealed that Brownc and his friends are poop inside a little girl’s body, and they got stuck because she hasn’t been eating enough vegetables and fruits.

Stuck inside a crowded room (symbolizing constipation) in the food world, Brownc and his friends are determined to get out. To do so, they first need to exercise. As the little girl exercises, so do Brownc and his friends inside her body. After much effort, they find a way out of the crowded room and are hopeful they can finally go down the amazing slide.

It’s time! After escaping the crowded room, Brownc and his friends finally go down the amazing slide to Brownc Paradise! As they navigate the twists and turns of the water slide (symbolizing intestines), interesting events occur, and they occasionally get stuck when the water dries out. Fortunately, whenever the little girl drinks water, they can slide again. Finally, they reach their destination: Brownc Paradise (a metaphor for the toilet).
